History
Opened in 1977, the school is the first primary school in public housing estate on Tsing Yi Island.
Future
With ever decreasing birth rate in Hong Kong, the primary school is destinated to close after summer 2006. All the pupils will be transferred to TWGHs Chow Yin Sum Primary School. The school building might for an international school.
